Excellence in optical design along with an advanced thermal management system provides an LED solution that delivers great value for demanding environments. With a robust sealed housing, state-of-the-art LED engine, and permanent prismatic glass optics, this highly engineered luminaire maximizes spacing, improves visibility and reduces overall total cost of ownership for the life of the product.

The optical system consists of high output LEDs with a dedicated thermal management system and prismatic glass cover lens to protect the critical LED & electronic components. The entire optical assembly has been optimized to maximize spacings while maintaining uniformity & control. As compared to a typical LED competitor the Petrolux LED optical design provides 5 times the amount of vertical light with 30% better spacing. Optional CCT average color temperature LED's ranging between 4000-5000K are available. IES Type1, Type 5 - low angle, and Type 5 - high angle distributions. Available with dimming options to reduce energy load.

All castings shall be low copper aluminum alloy and painted with polyester powder paint. The electrical cover shall be secured to the electrical housing with stainless steel screw and insert for electrical access. The electrical assembly is gasketed and totally enclosed.

Luminaire provides a single mounting option which allows for Pendant, Wall & Stanchion mountings from one SKU when used in conjunction with the Universal Mount™ accessory, simplifying installation and inventory management. Shaft diameter for Stanchion mounting is 1-1/2".

Potted for increased thermal management. 85W & 116W - 350mah available. Also available is a dual-driver option for extended life (EL option not available with Class I Div 2 listing at this time).

The luminaire is finished with polyester powder paint applied after a pretreatment process to provide maximum durability. The finish shall pass the 1000 hour salt fog test per ATSM standard B117.

The luminaire is UL 1598 listed as suitable for wet locations up to 55°C ambient temperature. Housing is IP66 rated. Also UL844 rated for Class I Div 2 (unless dual-driver extended-life option is chosen).
