Intended Use: Sign-Vue® II is designed for use on symmetric signs in highway and roadway applications.

Features: Construction: Low copper content die cast aluminum housing and door provide base corrosion protection. External hardware and fasteners shall be stainless steel. The door hinges and is held by two hand operated stainless steel latches or captive screws. Door includes integral rear glare shield. Full gasket is provided for weather-tight seal.

Finish: Electrostatically applied and baked on polyester powder coat paint for superior corrosion resistance.

Optical System: Consists of vandal resistant, non-yellowing prismatic borosilicate glass refractor unaffected by environmental contaminants or ultra-violet radiation and a formed, anodized aluminum inner reflector to direct light onto the sign face with maximum uniformity.

Electrical System: Holophane manufactured high power factor, copper wound ballast that provides full rated wattage to the lamp. Reliable starting to -40° F. Starter for HPS lamps is fully encapsulated. Lamp support is porcelain enclosed socket with nickel plated lamp grip screw shell. An on/off switch or quick disconnect option is available.

Installation: Die cast clamp for 1.25” round or 1.50” square tubing. Fixture can also be bolted to the sign structure using brackets available in several different configurations. A 3/4" threaded side entry for wiring is provided when fixture is bolted to structure.
